Spiritual Direction

CGS Spiritual Directors 
Spiritual direction is the gathering of the director and the directee, in a spiritual process of deepening one’s relationship with the divine through personal spiritual growth. The Spiritual Director listens and assists the directee in his or her spiritual journey through prayer, reflection, contemplation, and discernment. This process assists the directee in developing a deeper awareness of the divine in their life and the spiritual aspects of being human.    
All sessions are personal and confidential. 

Spiritual direction is NOT psychotherapy, counseling, or financial planning.

Anyone seeking spiritual direction should contact the Spiritual Directors by email (spiritualdirection@cgscc.church) so that they can get in contact with a Spiritual Director.
