Ernesto "Memo" Flores

Ernesto Flores has been a dedicated member of the Christ the Good Shepherd community since April 1995. He began his service as part of the Maintenance team, and through years of hard work and leadership, now serves as the Facilities Manager.

In his current role, Ernesto oversees all aspects of building operations, including custodial services, security, routine maintenance and groundskeeping. He ensures that parish facilities are well maintained through both proactive and responsive maintenance strategies.

Ernesto is certified in HVAC as of January 2025 and is bilingual in English and Spanish. He is originally from Jalisco, Mexico and has been married for 31 years. He is a proud Knights of Colombus and ACTS brother.
