Gain the freedom to update your information at any time-all without paper forms or phone calls to the parish office. Changes are processed electronically and without the delays typically experienced from the processing of paper forms. Note: that any changes a member makes to his or her record must first be approved by a church administrator, so there may be a short delay in getting a record updated.
New parishioners will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to sign up for “My Own Church”. You will have secure and personal access to the information in your family and member records.
Parishioners who have signed up can log in and perform any of the following tasks in "My Own Church":
Manage your own church records and keep personal information accurate and up to date. For example, members who move or change phone numbers can quickly and easily log in and update this information for yourself. No need to call the church or fill out and submit paperwork.
Add or Edit a record for a family member.
View personal giving history.
View Sacramental records.
View Faith Formation sign up.
View and print Year End electronic tax statements.
*E-statements will be available for the 2020 tax year beginning on January 14, 2021. If you choose not to download an E-statement by January 24, 2021, we will mail you a paper statement as we have done in previous years.
