Building usage guidelines have been developed which spell out your group's responsibilities when using CGS facilities. Requests for room usage made for ministry activities will come first, all other rentals will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rooms are not available for any profit-making or business venture.
There is a NO SMOKING policy for all buildings.
CONDITIONS FOR THE RENTAL OF THE SOCIAL HALL
The Social Hall in the Parish Life Center can be rented, if available, by registered members of the parish or non-members for their own wedding receptions, anniversaries, or other approved events. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The Hall will seat approximately 200 with tables and chairs. Rental of the Social Hall includes the Hall, Rest Rooms and Entryways. Kitchen facilities can also be made available.
